The CBT sessions will help you to consciously overcome your negative beliefs around food and work towards a new positive belief system. The hypnotherapy will directly access your subconscious mind to reinforce the new positive belief system and work to change any deep routed issues that may be holding you back. The subconscious mind controls 90% of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so by changing them at the source, you can achieve your goals in a happy, simple and positive way.

What is the 12 week weight loss course?
I offer 8 weeks of cognitive behavioural therapy & cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy to change your thoughts and behaviours around food. No exercising (unless you want to!) and absolutely no diets! Each week will enable you to consciously look at your feelings and how they effect your behaviours around eating. By acknowledging your true feelings and learning what is driving your behaviours around food, you can learn to change them. I use personal and bespoke hypnotherapy to access the subconscious mind and work to change the thoughts and feelings and encourage positive behaviours that will help us to achieve our goals. You will then receive a further 4 weeks of full support on your weight loss journey.
