What is the 10 week weight loss course?

I offer 10 weeks of cognitive behavioural therapy & cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy to change your thoughts and behaviours around food. No exercising (unless you want to!) and absolutely no diets! Each week will enable you to consciously look at your feelings and how they effect your behaviours around eating. By acknowledging your true feelings and learning what is driving your behaviours around food, you can learn to change them. I use personal and bespoke hypnotherapy to access the subconscious mind and work to change the thoughts and feelings and encourage positive behaviours that will help us to achieve our goals. 

The course is offered in Colchester, Chelmsford, Maldon and online (6 week version).

What is the 4 week hypnotherapy bootcamp?

I offer 4 intensive weeks of cognitive behavioural therapy & cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy to change your thoughts and behaviours around food with absolutely no diets! Each week will enable you to consciously look at your feelings and how they effect your behaviours around eating. By acknowledging your true feelings and learning what is driving your behaviours around food, you can learn to change them. I use personal and bespoke hypnotherapy to access the subconscious mind and work to change the thoughts and feelings and encourage positive behaviours that will help us to achieve our goals. 

The bootcamp combines this therapy with fun movement and exercise from the fantastic PT Chloe Brooks, who will bring you varied HIIT sessions so that you can find some sort of exercise you enjoy.
