What is the 10 week weight loss course?
I offer 10 weeks of cognitive behavioural therapy to change your thoughts and behaviours around food. No exercising (unless you want to!) and absolutely no diets! Each week will enable you to consciously look at your feelings and how they effect your behaviours around eating. By acknowledging your true feelings and learning what is driving your behaviours around food, you can learn to change them. I use personal and bespoke hypnotherapy to access the subconscious mind and work to change the thoughts and feelings and encourage positive behaviours that will help us to achieve our goals.
The course is offered in Colchester, Chelmsford, Maldon and online.
