My private anxiety package combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnotherapy as well as worksheets and weekly tasks to help you to implement what you will learn into your daily life. The CBT sessions will help you to consciously overcome your negative thoughts and work towards a new positive belief system. The hypnotherapy will directly access your subconscious mind to reinforce the new positive belief system and work to change any deep rooted issues that may be holding you back. The subconscious mind controls 90% of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so by changing them at the source, you can achieve your goals in a happy, simple and positive way.
