When it comes to my work, whether it be hypnotherapy or weight loss coaching, I believe in a tailored experience that goes above and beyond the level of service you would expect. To ensure I get the best possible results from my clients I undertake continued training and development. I am not only a hypnotherapist but also a psychotherapist, a hypnobirthing instructor and a health and fitness coach. I like to use all my professional skills in order to help clients live their dream lives forever, not just while working with me.

I work with clients one to one to offer a truly bespoke hypnotherapy service. I specialise in anxiety & phobias but I am experienced and qualified to help you with a variety of different issues including depression, OCD, weight loss, panic attacks, pain management, confidence & self-esteem.

Hypnosis works by accessing the subconscious mind to explore and make changes. 90% of our feelings and behaviours come from the subconscious mind so by directly accessing the subconscious mind, we can can make the real changes that will get you to your goal. Once under hypnosis, we can focus on our internal thoughts and processes. Here we can access memories or resources that will aid the achievement of the desired outcome. Suggestions are used to filter below the conscious mind, into the subconscious to affect the clients thoughts process, feelings and behaviours.
Private Weight Loss Coaching
If you are looking to take back control over how you eat and want to enjoy freedom while losing weight, weight loss coaching is exactly what you need.
My private weight loss therapy package includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, a full weight loss analysis and a health and nutrition plan that suits you without. The CBT sessions will help you to consciously overcome your negative beliefs around food and work towards a new positive belief system. The hypnotherapy will directly access your subconscious mind to reinforce the new positive belief system and work to change any deep routed issues that may be holding you back. The subconscious mind controls 90% of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so by changing them at the source, you can achieve your goals in a happy, simple and positive way.

What is the 12 week weight loss course?
I offer 8 weeks of cognitive behavioural therapy & cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy to change your thoughts and behaviours around food. No exercising (unless you want to!) and absolutely no diets! Each week will enable you to consciously look at your feelings and how they effect your behaviours around eating. By acknowledging your true feelings and learning what is driving your behaviours around food, you can learn to change them. I use personal and bespoke hypnotherapy to access the subconscious mind and work to change the thoughts and feelings and encourage positive behaviours that will help us to achieve our goals. You will then receive a further 4 weeks of full support on your weight loss journey.
